How can I contact you?

I can be contacted via email to contact@nerdyartist.com at any time. I check this email address often, but please allow up to 24 hours for reply during business days and 24-48 hours on the weekends and around the holidays.

How can I leave a review/see reviews?

Nerdy Artists is listed on Google My Business. Reviews can be left by clicking here. Reviews can be seen by clicking here.

What materials do you use for your stickers/prints/etc?

All supplies can be found within the description of each listing. Everything is printed by myself with a Canon MX882 and my stickers are cut using a Silhouette Portrait 2. All products are created and packed with love in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.

Why do you use a digital signature on your work instead of a watermark?

I have both a digital and physical signature that I use on all of my work. I use this signature instead of a watermark because I believe a watermark ruins the viewing experience, especially when scrolling through my portfolio. All digital pieces of my work, including prints of my original artwork, have the same digital signature in either black or white. All original pieces of my work have a unique physical signature. This is done to show the difference between my original pieces and my prints.

What shipping options do you offer?

All shipping options are available for both domestic and international shipping. When you put your address in when checking out, these options will be shown to you. If the shipping options do not come up, your cart only includes digital products which do not require shipping. If there is an issue with your selected shipping tier, I will send you an email within 24 hours.

Typically, orders will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days and often are shipped out much sooner! If you need your order shipped sooner, please contact me before ordering.

Free Shipping is available both domestically and internationally. Items from this tier are shipped in a pink envelope and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with a postage stamp. This shipping tier does not include tracking. This tier is recommended for small orders including only stickers.

First Class Shipping is unavailable at this time, but will be made available as soon as possible.

First Class Shipping is available both domestically and internationally. Items from this tier are shipped in a flat mailer and include tracking and insurance. This tier is recommended for orders including prints and original artwork.

Priority Mail is only listed for domestic shipping, but I can give you a quote for international shipping upon request. Items from this tier are shipped in a priority mail envelope and include tracking and insurance. This tier is recommended for orders that need to arrive more quickly than First Class Shipping.

Priority Mail Express is only listed for domestic shipping, but I can give you a quote for international shipping upon request. Items from this tier are shipped in a priority mail express envelope and include tracking and insurance. This tier is recommended for domestic orders that need to arrive within two days and international orders that need to arrive within 3-5 business days.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

Please contact me via email to contact@nerdyartists.com as soon as possible and photos of your order in the email. I deal with damaged orders on a case by case basis, and the sooner you contact me about your order, the better I can help you.

My order never arrived, what can I do?

First Class Package, Priority Mail, and Priority Express shipping tiers include a tracking number and insurance with your order. Please contact your local post office with the tracking number included in your fulfillment email if you believe your order is lost.

Free Shipping orders do not include a tracking number or insurance. Please refer to the above table for estimated arrival windows. If your arrival window has passed, please feel free to contact me at contact@nerdyartists.com and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
