How can I contact you?

I can be contacted via email to contact@nerdyartist.com at any time. I check this email address often, but please allow up to 24 hours for reply during business days and 24-48 hours on the weekends and around the holidays.

How can I leave a review/see reviews?

Nerdy Artists is listed on Google My Business. Reviews can be left by clicking here. Reviews can be seen by clicking here.

How is my order packaged?

Most orders are shipped in a 6 by 8 inch kraft flat mailer. Orders that don't fit in the 6 by 8 mailer are shipped in a 10 by 12 kraft flat mailer, but I try to use the smaller ones as often as possible.

The mailers I use are designed to stay flat without the need of additional chipboard. They are made from recycled materials and are 100% recyclable.

Orders do not include a physical invoice unless it is requested. The confirmation emails are the only invoices I send out.

My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

Please contact me via email to contact@nerdyartists.com as soon as possible and include photos of your order in the email. I deal with damaged orders on a case by case basis, and the sooner you contact me about your order, the better I can help you.

My order never arrived, what can I do?

All orders shipped by myself have tracking and insursnce included. Please contact your local post office with the tracking number included in your fulfillment email if you believe your order is lost.

If you are an international buyer, there's a good chance that tracking stops once your package leaves the United States. Please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive. Please contact your local post office with the tracking number included in your fulfillment email if you believe your order is lost.

Claims can be filed for lost orders as all packages are insured to the amount that you paid for the product.
