Mini-Series Virtue 1: Motivation

I am always caught with a smile on my face :) I never like to focus on the negatives. But I was asked by a few friends to do a series on three topics important to my life. The first of this series will be on Motivation, the second on Belief, and the last on Strength. There are many other virtues I live by, but these are by far my top three.

Have you ever felt unmotivated or like the day couldn't get any worse?  When I feel discouraged I remember that "a hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself." So all the hard work that I am doing here at college, at work, and out in the community is going towards a greater cause. I know what I am doing is going to change the world. So the next time you get discouraged remember this, you are going to change the world. If you must, look in the mirror and recognize the hero standing in front of you. You can do anything you put your mind to, so shoot for the moon and if you miss at least you'll be with the stars.
